We Are Hiring For A Reputed And Fast-growing Automotive And Ancillary Manufacturing Company. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong Mechanical Engineering Leadership Experience And A Proven Track Record In Production, Maintenance, And Plant Operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead And Manage All Mechanical Operations, Including Production, Maintenance, And Engineering.
Oversee Manufacturing Processes To Ensure High Efficiency, Quality, And Cost Control.
Ensure Preventive And Breakdown Maintenance Of Machinery And Utilities.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, And Other Operational Excellence Practices.
Monitor And Improve KPIs Across The Plant – Productivity, Downtime, Quality, And Safety.
Liaise With Design, R&D, And Quality Teams For Smooth Product Rollout And Optimization.
Handle Vendor Development And Ensure Timely Procurement Of Mechanical Components.
Ensure Adherence To ISO/TS16949, IATF, And Other Quality Standards.
Lead, Motivate And Train A Multidisciplinary Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

B.Tech / BE In Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 15+ Years Of Experience In The Automotive / Auto Component / Ancillary Manufacturing Sector.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Machinery, Plant Layout, And Utility Systems.
Hands-on Experience In Production Planning, Lean Practices, TPM, Kaizen, And Quality Systems.
Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Team Management Skills.
