*About The Role*
We Are Looking For Our Reputed Organisation- An Experienced And Mature Professional For The Position Of Deputy General Manager (DGM) For A Reputed FMCG Company Based In West Delhi. The Candidate Will Work Closely With The General Manager And Assist In Handling Overall Administration, HR Operations, Legal Coordination, Management Activities, And Organizational Support Functions.
*Key Responsibilities*
Assist The General Manager In Day-to-day Management And Operational Activities.
Handle Overall Administration And Office Management Functions.
Supervise HR-related Activities Including Recruitment Coordination, Employee Discipline, Attendance, And Policy Implementation.
Coordinate With Legal Consultants Regarding Company Matters, Agreements, Compliance, And Documentation.
Maintain Smooth Inter-departmental Coordination And Reporting Systems.
Support Management In Strategic Planning And Operational Execution.
Monitor Vendor Management, Office Maintenance, And Facility Administration.
Ensure Proper Implementation Of Company Policies And Procedures.
Prepare Reports, MIS, Correspondence, And Management Documentation.
Represent Management In Meetings And Official Discussions When Required.
Candidate Requirements
MBA Qualified From A Recognized Institute.
Minimum 20–30 Years Of Relevant Experience In Administration, HR, Management, Or Operations.
Experience In FMCG Industry Will Be Preferred.
Strong Leadership And Team Handling Capabilities.
Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Legal And Compliance Coordination Preferred.
Candidate Must Have Own Conveyance.
